Anneliese Louise van der Pol, an American singer and actress with Dutch descent and is a Dutch native. She's best known as a theater actress as well as Chelsea Daniels from the Disney Channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol was born in Holland, and was based in Holland for the last time from the time she was born. She is an Dutch American actor, singer and actress with an accent that is distinctly Dutch accent. Her best-known role as a recurring character on That's So Raven.
